Participant flow in this cross-sectional online survey of non-healthcare workers in their 20s to 40s. Participants were enrolled from among non-healthcare workers aged 20 to 49 who had registered with an online survey company (Macromill, Inc. Tokyo, Japan). The survey company sent a message to 6,000 randomly selected registrants comprising 1,000 men and 1,000 women in three different age groups (20-29, 30-39, and 40-49 years). Recruitment was ended once approximately 1,800 participants agreed to participate, and ultimately 309 men and women in the three different age groups participated
