  2. Robust Z score = (Dx − Dref)/NIQR; Dref: median in reference dietary intake, NIQR: normalized interquartile range = interquartile range/1.349, Dx: median in evaluating dietary intake, 1.349 is the coefficient for converting IQR to a normal distribution
