Platelet tertiles: For men < 19.3 × 104/μL for T1 (low), 19.3–23.3 × 104/μL for T2 (moderate), ≥ 23.4 × 104/μL for T3 (high). For women < 20.7 × 104/μL for T1 (low), 20.7–24.8 × 104/μL for T2 (moderate), ≥ 24.9 × 104/μL for T3 (high). The 1 standard deviation (SD) increment of platelet was 5.24 × 104/μL both for men and women
