After stabilization, platelets were pretreated with resveratrol (12.5 μM) or a vehicle for 3 min. The platelets were then stimulated with thrombin (0.025 U/ml) (a), thapsigargin (0.1 μM) (b), or OAG (100 μM) (c). At 1 min after the addition of each stimulant, CaCl2 (0.5 mM) was added to the platelet suspension to induce Ca2+ entry
