CpGis of FANCB, KIF15, KIF4A, ERCC6L, and UBE2C were hypomethylated in HCC tissues. a Mean methylation β values were calculated using data from 74 HCC tissues highly expressing each gene and data from 41 non-tumor tissues. Wilcoxon rank sum test was conducted using an online program and p value < 0.05 was considered statistically significant. The β values of CpG in CpGi of FANCB (b), KIF15 (c), KIF4A (d), ERCC6L (e), and UBE2C (f) in 74 HCC tissues highly expressing each gene were compared with the β values of 41 non-tumor tissues.
