Effect of treatment with SE on liver p65 fluorescent immunostaining. Animals treated as described in Fig. 2 were euthanized at 72 h post intraperitoneal injection, and the livers were harvested at necropsy. Liver specimens were removed, fixed, and processed by standard methods. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (blue).
