3D-HPLC of S. veitchii leaf extract (SE) and sodium copper chlorophyllin (SCC). Panels a and c indicate the 3D-HPLC fingerprint of SE and SCC, respectively. Panels b and d indicate the 2D-HPLC fingerprint at 254 nm of SE and SCC, respectively. Separation was achieved using a YMC-Pack ODS-AL S-5 column. The mobile phases consisted of CH3CN (a) and 50 mM NaH2PO4 aq. (b); linear gradient elution was performed at a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min for 60 min A:B = 10:90 (v/v) to 90:10 (v/v) and followed by isocratic condition of B:A = 90:10 (v/v) for 15 min, then B:A = 10:90 (v/v) for 5 min. The column oven temperature was held at 40 °C. Scan data were collected across the range of 220–600 nm.
