Magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) images of 4 patients with the p.R4810K variant in ICASO patients. a Case 1 was a 80- year- old woman with occlusion of bilateral anterior inferior cerebellar artery and stenosis of left vertebral artery. The patient was relatively elderly and had hypertention, diabetes, hyperlipidemia and coronary heart disease for many years. b Case 2 was a 52- year- old woman with occlusion of the A1 segment of right anterior cerebral artery and stenosis of the left middle cerebral artery. She had serious hypertension (190/100Ā mmHg) for 1Ā month. c Case 3 was a 42- year- old man with occlusion of the A1 segment of left anterior cerebral artery. The patient had hypertension and diabetes both for 5Ā years. d Case 4 was a 48- year- old woman with bilateral middle cerebral artery and the right anterior cerebral artery stenosis.
